Things To Know
Your basic package normally includes: round-trip flight, taxes and service charges, round-trip transfers between destination airport and hotel, accommodation for the chosen period, and the services of a package destination representative. Always be sure to read the brochure’s fine print as there can be huge differences from operator to opertator and from property to property.

Baggage allowance: Since this differs greatly depending on what airline you are flying with, be sure to double check with your Travel CUTS consultant when you book your holiday. Better safe than sorry!

At The Hotel
Check-out time is usually noon. Check-in time is usually 3 pm. If your flight is getting in earlier, why not pack a change of clothes or bathing suit in your carry-on bag?

À la carte restaurants usually required reservations and visits may be limited. A dress code – such as no shorts and shirts with a collar – are usually in effect.

Restaurants may be closed at certain times of the year due to low occupancy. A few all-inclusive resorts have restaurants that aren’t included in your package fee or where specialty dishes, such as lobster, are at an additional cost.

Activities access may be limited to 1 hour per person daily. Minimum age restrictions may be in effect for some activities such as scuba-diving or horseback riding. Sports and activities may be curtailed or cancelled due to low occupancy, weather conditions or special holidays.

Massages and spas are at an extra charge and appointment reservations are always required.
