Experience some of the greatest attractions of Southern Africa: the superb Moremi Reserve, and the game-rich Chobe National Park, including the stunning Savuti area of Chobe. We head into the Delta, one of Africa’s last true wilderness areas, exploring our surroundings by mokoro (traditional dug out canoe) and on foot. We also experience the haunting stillness of the Kalahari and the surreal landscapes of the Makgadikgadi Pan. In Chobe, and along the banks of the Chobe River, we enjoy three full days of game viewing, seeing large quantities of elephant, cape buffalo, hippo, many varieties of antelope and - with luck - lion or leopard. To top it all off, we start and finish at the Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe side), where we have time to enjoy a wide range of exciting optional activities.
We travel in a custom-built safari vehicle. There are large opening windows, providing unrestricted game viewing and photographic opportunities, and an on-board library contains useful reference books about the flora and fauna you will encounter during your safari.
The large dome tents are spacious and quick to erect; the sides and entrance are covered in mosquito netting, and foam mattresses are provided to enable you to sleep in comfort. A comfortable folding chair is also supplied for each passenger. In addition, all communal camping equipment is carried on board, together with on-board cool boxes. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag. It's also recommended that you bring a pillow or that you purchase one locally for added comfort.
A special feature of the safari is that in addition to our safari guide we have a camp cook who plans, budgets and prepares all included meals.

This adventure combines the best of northern Thailand with the highlights of the tropical south. From Bangkok we travel to Kanchanaburi and the River Kwai for a glimpse into Thailand's wartime past, before continuing to the ancient Siamese capital of Ayuthaya, with its wonderful temples. Further north is Chiang Mai where we trek and visit some of the local hill tribes, and as well as spend a night in their simple abode. Here, we also try our hand at elephant riding.
We then travel south to Koh Samui, famous for its coconut palms, and the Krabi area, where we stay by a peaceful beach at Ton Sai. We spend a night beach camping, on a secluded island in beautiful Phang Nga Bay, before finishing our journey on Thailand's largest island, Phuket.
