- What denominations are available for a Travel CUTS Gift Certificate?
You can choose the amount: $50, $100 and $500.
- Are there any fees or administration charges involved?
There are no extra fees or charges for ordering or using your Travel CUTS Gift Certificate - No extra fees at all! Your Travel CUTS Gift Certificate will even be delivered to you at no extra charge.
- Will I require a PIN or ID Number?
No, you simply present the Gift Certificate to your Travel CUTS agent at time of purchase.
- Is there a limit to the dollar value per card or per purchase?
No, you can purchase any amount in multiples of $50, $100 and $500. The Gift Certificate(s) can be used all at once to pay for merchandise or service, or used for several purchases over time as long as there is value remaining during the 24 month period specified.
- Do Travel CUTS Gift Certificates ever expire?
No, your Travel CUTS gift certificate doesn’t expire. But if you lose it, we’re sorry - but it cannot be replaced.
- What if I don’t spend the entire amount of the Gift Certificate?
A replacement Gift Certificate will be issued with the remaining balance. Also, balances cannot be transferred from one Gift Certificate to another.
- How many Gift Certificates can I or my company order at one time?
Order as many as you require for personal or business use. For optimum convenience, order by phone or online and your order will be delivered to you at no charge.
- What happens if a Gift Certificate is lost or stolen?
Since Gift Certificates are almost like cash, we cannot issue replacements for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. In the unlikely event your Gift Certificate order is lost during delivery to you, we can deactivate the Gift Certificate in our system and issue you a new supply. 
- Where are Gift Certificates redeemable?
Cards are redeemable for the extensive Travel CUTS or Adventure Travel Company selection of goods and services.
- When will I get my Travel CUTS gift certificate?
Your Travel CUTS gift certificate will be mailed to you from our FlightLine office in Toronto, Ontario. It will take approximately 7 - 10 business days.
